This is where the soul goes corporate — where survival means suiting up. But within the suits and scars, something ancient still whispers: you are not your title.
Pull Quote:
“The cost of fitting in is often the quiet death of the self.”
1. The First Divergence – Leadership, Power, Influence, Control, Titles & Truth
The buildings rise with titles and noise. The tree just… is. And in that presence, it draws others — not by pulling, but by grounding.
Artist – Ekta Katarmal
This artwork shows a tree standing in the middle of concrete buildings, symbolizing a very different kind of power — one that doesn’t come from status, control, or being on top.
It’s not about giving orders or having a title. Instead, it’s about stillness — the kind of strength where you don’t get pulled into drama, where even a little chaos can’t shake you. While others spin in confusion, you stay rooted.
The birds in the visual are used as a metaphor to show how this kind of calm presence naturally draws others in. Power here means being so centred in yourself that you inspire others to move on their own — not by controlling them, but by simply being yourself.
The buildings represent the traditional chase for authority — loud, structured, and forceful. In contrast, the tree represents a person whose power comes from authenticity. They don’t have to push or force anything — their presence alone is enough. People feel safe around it. They feel transformed.
“Power is not always the tallest voice in the room. Sometimes, it’s the quietest one that holds the most gravity.”
The birds circling the tree don’t need commands. They choose to follow stillness. True leadership doesn’t dominate — it inspires.
2. The Hustle Trap – When Productivity Becomes a Prison
A lone boat rows endlessly across restless waters — motion without direction. The paddles never stop, but the soul stays stuck.
Artiist – Kavita Kelkar
We are always trapped in the constant doing. This piece captures the silent struggle of modern hustle culture where the rowing never stops, and the waters never calm.
The boat symbolizes us determined, driven, but caught in a web of overwork. The paddles keep moving, yet we’re going nowhere just deeper into exhaustion. In chasing productivity, we forget to rest, to feel, to live.
“When doing becomes your only identity, being starts to feel like failure.”
The visual captures the emotional toll of relentless output — where the finish line keeps moving, and stillness feels like guilt.
3. The Currency of Integrity. Choosing Values Over Validation
This artwork reflects the journey of integrity a path that may look slower, steeper, or lonelier, but leads to true inner bloom.
Artist – Kavita Kelkar
While others may bend to fit in, fading like wilting flowers in their bubbles of conformity, those who stay rooted in values rise and thrive.
The central path, lit with honesty and courage, blossoms in full bloom untouched by shortcuts, yet glowing with strength. Integrity may not be the fastest route, but it is the one that truly leads to light.
“Validation fades. Values endure.”
This visual reminds us that staying rooted in truth may slow your journey — but it also ensures you don’t lose your way.
4. Destiny & Free Will – What’s Written & What You Write
The illustration symbolizes the balance between destiny and freewill, with the two octopuses representing fate and personal choices. Two octopuses dance — one in stillness, the other in motion. One represents fate; the other, free will. One holds the pen.
Artist – Riya Koli
The tentacles of the purple octopus engaged in writing , suggesting that while some aspects of life may be predetermined, our choices and actions can still influence our paths.
I wanted to show that , you can always be the co-author of your own destiny , and fill your own colours as you want. It encourages us to explore the intricate dance between destiny and freewill, and how we can harness this balance to create a life that is both meaningful and authentic.
“Destiny hands you the page. But you still get to write.”
The tentacles overlap, co-create, resist. The illustration whispers that while some things may be written, the ink is still in your hands. This is the sacred dance — between what is, and what could be.
5. Becoming the Work – When Identity & Contribution Merge
A face dissolves into vertical lines — fingerprints, identity, labor, legacy. The silhouette isn’t fading. It’s merging.
Artist – Riya Koli
In this illustration , the silhouette of a face appears to be dissolving into or emerging from vertical strokes ,which indicates as fingerprints ( representing individuals identity, labor and legacy).
The blue colour evokes quiet power and depth. I used different sizes of lines to show that there are different kind of fingerprints ( identities) . We all have a different identity but then sometimes it merges with our work, where work is no longer just a task but an extension of oneself.
“When your work is aligned with your soul, it stops being work. It becomes your echo.”
Different line lengths suggest individuality within collective contribution. This piece honors those who don’t just clock in — but breathe their truth into what they create.
6. The Sacred Exit – When Walking Away Is Coming Home
A dandelion seed floats gently through the air — not escaping, but returning. Sometimes, leaving isn’t breaking away. It’s breaking open.
Artist – Hree Kshirsagar
Leaving isn’t weakness—it’s choosing yourself this time. The most powerful exits are quiet. It’s not about leaving—it’s about coming home.
Just like the dandelion seed that drifts away, only to return to the soil—its true home—where it grows anew. Each seed floats away, by the wind—silent, gentle, and free, not with noise but with grace. Through my visual, I wanted to show this silent, beautiful act of renewal. Nature holds these truths all around us— we just need to see them through a different lens.
“The most powerful exits don’t slam doors. They find windows back to yourself.”
This visual reframes leaving — not as loss, but reclamation. A return to your soil. Your light. Your self.
7. Living in Alignment, Not Agreement
Legs walk in different directions — all stylish, all confident. But one pair walks alone, in its own rhythm.
Artist – Hree Kshirsagar
We often start by people-pleasing, wanting to fit in. But once we understand the cost, we begin to choose integrity.
My illustration explores this shift — showing what it means to “walk your talk” in a crowd shaped by trends and opinions. Staying true to what you believe, even if it makes you stand out, is a kind of strength. Through legs and shoes, I’ve tried to show that Living in alignment is the boldest rebellion.
Alignment isn’t about agreement. It’s about not losing yourself in the crowd.
This illustration captures the quiet rebellion of walking your talk — even when no one claps. Especially then.
